Who should attend :-

  • O/N Level Secondary School pass or Higher +YICC (pre-requisite 1).

OBJECTIVES:To promote and teach Yoga as a therapy, which can be useful for physical health to psychological and emotional health, various research institutes of Yoga have been working for decades.Every science needs a system and protocol to grow in a well defined manner.

Therefore, a schematic pathway has been created by Research scientists and Therapy schools where education can define the criteria to shower the effect of Yoga at every level.The students educated and trained in therapeutical yogic science thus have their own defined horizons to grow and support others.

Pre-requisite/ Eligibility O/N Level Secondary School pass or Higher +YICC (pre-requisite 1).
Duration 90hrs

Duration of the Course :-

  • Total Duration : 90 hrs
  • Contact hours : 60 hrs (35 hrs theory + 25 hrs Practical)
  • Non contact hours : 30 hrs (assignments + Exam + Tests)

Course Schedule :-

Total hours per week- (week days) 15hrs + (weekends) 15hrs = 30hours

Total Course Duration- 90 hours

**Holidays/vacations- Chinese new year- 10 days, Christmas / New year- 10 days and all calendar holidays of Singapore except Sundays
Week days (Monday to Friday)

Day Session- 11.30am to 3.30 pm (Lunch break 1.00pm to 2 pm)
Evening Session- 6.30pm to 9.30pm

Full day sessions- 9.30am to 6.30pm (Lunch break 1.00pm to 2 pm; Tea break 4pm to 4.30pm)
