Who should attend :- Higher secondary passed/Graduate/Diploma/Certificate holders in Yoga/Naturopathy/Physical education.

Objective :- Ayurveda Principle is necessary to get diagnosed for the body type. Each and every individual is different. This difference can be easily known by reading the body type in ayurveda. This assessment is called as PRAKRUTI.

Ayurveda believes that each housewife in a family should know the body type of the individuals in the family, which can finally help her to feed th individuals with the best for their body, mind and soul. The objective of this course is to let the normal know the aryurvedic principles of body type (Prakruti) along with the dietary supplements which can be suitable and will be useful to maintain their normal health.

Pre-requisite/ Eligibility O/N level pass.
Duration 2 days course (10 hours contact classes with 1 assignment and 1 exam), Max of 1 week.

Total hours per week- (week days) 15hrs + (weekends) 15hrs = 30hours
Total Course Duration- 10Hrs



Holidays/vacations- Chinese new year- 10 days, Christmas / New year- 10 days and all calendar holidays of Singapore except Sundays
Week days (Monday to Friday)

Day Session- 11.30am to 3.30 pm (Lunch break 1.00pm to 2 pm)
Or  Evening Session- 6.30pm to 9.30pm

Weekends
Full day sessions- 9.30am to 6.30pm (Lunch break 1.00pm to 2 pm; Tea break 4pm to 4.30pm)
