Who should attend :- Passed higher secondary School Exam with AFC.

The Ayurveda Therapist Training Course (ATTC) Program is meant for establishing the expert hands and manpower to administer the healing part of Ayurveda to general public. In this course, we introduce students to the concepts upon which all life depends and how this knowledge can restore health and prevent disease.

Pre-requisite/ Eligibility Higher secondary passed/Graduate/Diploma/Certificate holders in Yoga/Naturopathy/Physical education.

UAT 101—AYURVEDIC FOUNDATIONS
Tarka Sankhya & Sharir

The Ayurvedic Foundations course introduces students to the basic concepts of Ayurveda, including its philosophical origins, the five elements, three governing energies and twenty qualities that comprise all living things. Naturopathy Foundations provides an introduction to the three qualities of Nature, consciousness and their role in the process of creation.

Course Schedule :-

Total Course Duration- 500Hrs


Holidays/vacations- Chinese new year- 10 days, Christmas / New year- 10 days and all calendar holidays of Singapore except Sundays

Week days (Monday to Friday)

Day Session- 10.00am to 3.00 pm (Lunch break 1.00pm to 2 pm)
Or
Evening Session- 7.00pm to 10.00pm



Weekends
Saturdays Session- 9.00am to 2.30pm and 3.00pm to 8.30pm (Lunch break 12.30pm to 1.30 pm; DRT 2.30 to 3.00pm; Tea break 4pm to 4.30pm)
Sundays Session- 8.00am to 1.00pm and 2.00pm to 7.00pm (Lunch break 1.00pm to 1.30 pm; DRT 1.30 to 2.00pm; Tea break 4pm to 4.30pm)
