Who should attend :- Passed higher secondary School Exam with AFC.

Objective :- The A/NTTC program includes a comprehensive Ayurveda-Naturopathy education that focuses on nutrition, daily routines, practices and specialliy preparations along with administration of therapy which can maximize well-being. Students will gain a clear understanding of the applied therapy, pre-post therapeutical indications, mind, thought processes and their relationship to physical health.

Duration 15 months

Detailed Syllabus

Tarka Sankhya & Sharir

The Ayurvedic Foundations course introduces students to the basic concepts of Ayurveda, including its philosophical origins, the five elements, three governing energies and twenty qualities that comprise all living things. Naturopathy Foundations provides an introduction to the three qualities of Nature, consciousness and their role in the process of creation.

Course Schedule :-

Total Course Duration- 1000 Hrs

Holidays/vacations- Chinese new year- 10 days, Christmas / New year- 10 days and all calendar holidays of Singapore except Sundays

Week days (Monday to Friday)

Day Session- 10.00am to 3.00 pm (Lunch break 1.00pm to 2 pm)
Evening Session- 7.00pm to 10.00pm

Saturdays Session- 9.00am to 2.30pm and 3.00pm to 8.30pm (Lunch break 12.30pm to 1.30 pm; DRT 2.30 to 3.00pm; Tea break 4pm to 4.30pm)
Sundays Session- 8.00am to 1.00pm and 2.00pm to 7.00pm (Lunch break 1.00pm to 1.30 pm; DRT 1.30 to 2.00pm; Tea break 4pm to 4.30pm)
